Aerators
Application dependent, designed and manufactured in Cape Town to custom specifications in order to meet the chemical oxygen demand of any effluent.
Our aerators are of the low-speed, high-torque variety, providing excellent pumping rates for fine solids suspension.
Our aerators are designed to offer superior wire to water oxygen transfer rates.
The high-efficiency aeration equipment can be either pontoon or platform mounted with jacking bolts.
The aerator featured here is specifically designed in order to aerate the run-off effluent from wine production.

Side Entry Mixers
We offer a wide selection of side-entry mixing equipment to cover all processes ranging from maintaining homogeneity to high-shear.
For the wine industry we offer: a specialised range of heavy-duty lees suspending and blending side-entry mixers.
For dairies and pharmaceutical requirements we offer: units of hygienic/sanitary application.

Crushers/Bowl Cutters
Depending on your requirements we can custom-design crushers to process a wide range of products.
This particular crusher was designed for an artisan candy manufacturer and can render 4kg of hard candy into a castor sugar consistency in under a minute. 304 grade stainless steel, pharmaceutical fittings.
